Methods
In the method environment you can find data and method descriptions related to a research process. You can find help in all the stages of research process, such as forming a research problem, for scientific argumentation, philosophical grounds of research, methodological choices, data gathering, analysis methods, and drawing conclusions.
Virtual library
In a virtual library you have an opportunity to get hold of material immediately even without any loan period. Here you can find links for a number of Finnish and international internet sources.
Reference library
In a reference library you can search for information from the material published in a traditional way, i.e. books and articles. The result of your search will be a reference, which consists of all the relevant information about the material needed for, for example, long distance loans.
Team environment
All the active groups in Metodix can be seen here. You can look for groups of your interest and join them. You can also introduce your own research, and establish a new group around the topic of your choice.
The advertisements, announcements and debates of the entire Metodix 'community' can be found here.
Network softwares
Here you can find method programmes (computer programmes designed for internet environment, with which it is possible to gather and analyse data online). With these it is possible to apply the method knowledge.
Here you can find also other net programmes that support e-learning and studying. Group tools are interactive net programmes, which enhance planning, conducting and monitoring of learning and teaching. Environment management tools can be used for controlling and forming the learning environment into a form that is best for each user organisation.
All the net programmes are option programmes, which are liable to charge.
