Reference databases
Reference databases differ from collection databases mainly in regard to the articles. Collection databases include information about the books that the libraries have in their shelves, whereas reference databases will find articles that have been published in different periodicals.
A reference database contains short information about the article or corresponding publication.
The databases that are presented here are reference databases.
